How to send automatic receipts only to certain Xero contacts

AutoReciepts sends receipts to customers, and remittance advice to suppliers – automatically.

Now you can also restrict which contacts receive emails.

Announcing a new feature for AutoReceipts – limit emails to certain customers.

You have two options here. Either:

  1. Create a list of contacts to receive emails, or
  2. Create a list of contacts to NOT receive emails.

Create a list of contacts to receive reciepts

For this option, create a contact group in Xero, named “Send AutoReceipts” and add contacts to it.

When this group exists, any contact not included in the group will not be sent an email.

Create a list of contacts to NOT receive reciepts

For this option, create a contact group in Xero, named “No AutoReceipts” and add contacts to it.

These contacts will not receive emails.
